New York State Bicycle Racing Association

The New York State Bicycle Racing Association (NYSBRA) is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and preserving local racing in New York State. As a 501(c)(3) organization, NYSBRA aims to support and enhance the amateur bicycle racing community. NYSBRA offers a range of grants to organizations and individuals involved in bicycle racing in the state of New York.

These grants include Mission Grants, which support general mission-related activities, Junior Development Grants, which provide streamlined payments directly to juniors, and Targeted Grants, which offer streamlined grants for specific actions that align with NYSBRA's mission. However, NYSBRA's grant program has faced funding reductions due to a decrease in support from USA Cycling, their primary funding source. Despite these challenges, NYSBRA remains committed to its generous grant program and will continue to provide assistance to the racing community.

Through their grants and programs, NYSBRA plays a vital role in promoting and advancing amateur bicycle racing in New York State
