About Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards
Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards, presented by Kiwibank, is an esteemed annual event that celebrates individuals and organizations who make a positive impact on New Zealand. These awards honor the exceptional contributions and passion of Kiwis who work tirelessly to make our country a better place. Nominations are open to the public, allowing anyone to nominate deserving individuals or community organizations for consideration. The nominations for the 2023 Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards will open on 27th July and close on 31st August.
A rigorous judging process determines the finalists and winners in each category, with a panel comprising sponsors, community leaders, and independent experts. The winners will be announced at the prestigious New Zealander of the Year Awards Gala on 30th March. These awards provide a platform to honor and celebrate the outstanding achievements of New Zealanders, showcasing their impact on society and inspiring others to create positive change
