NZEIC

NZ Expert Immigration Consultant (NZEIC) is a New Zealand immigration consultancy founded by Dharam Singh, a Provisional Licensed Immigration Adviser based in Hastings, Hawke’s Bay. Drawing on more than 10 years of hands-on experience in orchards and vineyards, along with Business Management qualifications, Singh brings practical horticulture and viticulture knowledge to immigration advice. NZEIC serves employers and workers in Hawke’s Bay and across New Zealand, with a particular focus on orchards, vineyards and packhouses.

For employers, the consultancy assists with employer accreditation, Job Check applications and Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) processes, helping businesses understand requirements and prepare applications. It also advises workers on AEWV matters, changing employers or roles, and pathways to residence where applicable. Other support includes general immigration advice for partners and families, student services, and IELTS and PTE exam preparation. NZEIC offers consultations and guidance through key stages, from documentation and job checks to visa submissions.
