NZ Gems is an Auckland-based online crystal shop offering natural crystals and gemstones at affordable prices, with delivery available around New Zealand. The business brings more than 25 years of collecting and selling experience to its selection, choosing stones for their colour, shape and character. Each item is inspected before dispatch, and product weights and measurements are taken using scales and digital calipers. Since the stones are natural, colours, textures and shapes vary, and pieces may include small marks or inclusions.

The range includes polished spheres, clusters, crystal towers, rough crystals, faceted gemstones, tumble stones, gemstone strands, chip bracelets, pendulums, pendants, keychains and gift sets, as well as candles, soaps and wooden stands. Customers can browse new arrivals, specials and gift cards. Many listings feature the exact item for sale, while batch selections are identified accordingly. Payment is available by internet banking or Afterpay. Delivery is free on orders of $200 or more, and orders are sent with NZ Couriers.
