NZ&PC, the Noordwijkse Zwem- en Polo Club, is a community swimming and water polo association serving people of all ages in Noordwijk. Founded in 1975, the club is based at BinnenZee swimming pool and welcomes beginners and experienced participants alike. Its programme includes recreational swimming, youth and senior water polo, and Fit & Fun sessions for adults. Recreational swimming helps members build fitness, strength and technique through sport and games in the water, while Fit & Fun offers swimming at an individual pace, with opportunities to improve technique and exercise socially.

Water polo is a central part of NZ&PC, with teams for boys and girls, young people and adults at different levels. Children who have earned their swimming certificates can continue developing their skills and explore competitive swimming and water polo. Qualified trainers support members as they progress at a level suited to them. NZ&PC emphasises enjoyment, health, inclusion and friendship, with social activities alongside training and competition.
