The New Zealand Rugby Players’ Association (RPA) is an independent organisation representing New Zealand’s professional rugby players. It works to ensure players are empowered to perform, develop and thrive both on and off the field, while supporting the long-term wellbeing of the game. RPA membership continues throughout players’ lives, with support available during professional careers in New Zealand, while playing overseas and after retirement.

The association provides player benefits, services and resources, including personal development support and access to Personal Development Managers. Its Player Development Programme aims to inspire players to pursue continuous growth during and beyond their playing careers. The RPA also offers the Rugby Club, a virtual community for current and former New Zealand professional players in Aotearoa and around the world. Other resources include the RPA High Performance Academy and Farah Palmer Cup information, membership forms, player consent forms and details about the All Blacks Experience. The association also works on matters important to players, including representation and collective employment agreements, and shares rugby news, research opportunities and updates for its members.
