The New Zealand Veterinary Association (NZVA) is the premier membership association representing veterinarians in New Zealand. Established in 1923, we have been dedicated to serving and supporting our members for nearly a century. Our mission is to safeguard the high skills, continuous development, and ethical standards of the veterinary profession in New Zealand.

By doing so, we strive to enhance the recognition and value of veterinarians and their unique role in society. With a focus on the health and well-being of animals, people, and the environment, we promote the concept of One Health.
