Ô Saveurs

Ô Saveurs is a gastronomic restaurant in Rouffiac-Tolosan, near Toulouse, welcoming guests since 1998. Led by chef David Biasibetti, alongside Nadia and their team, it brings French culinary traditions together with Mediterranean influences and contemporary touches. The kitchen focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local artisans, producers and breeders, using daily arrivals to shape its dishes. Its menus feature carefully prepared, entirely house-made food, balancing simplicity, creativity and refinement.

Set in a former village house, Ô Saveurs offers a warm, intimate setting with two dining rooms on the ground floor and a private upstairs room for groups and special occasions. In fine weather, guests can also dine on the terrace at Place des Ormeaux. The service is attentive yet relaxed, reflecting the restaurant’s emphasis on conviviality and sharing.
