O2O Insights is a founder-led AI company based in Göppingen, Germany, founded by former TeamViewer executives Dr. Hendrik Witt and Dr. Mike Eissele. Witt founded Ubimax, grew it to more than 120 employees and led it through a transaction valued at over €130 million before serving as TeamViewer’s Chief Product Officer. Eissele joined TeamViewer’s development team in 2009 and later became its Chief Technology Officer, gaining experience in technology, platform scaling and research and development.

The company’s flagship venture is ElevateOne.ai, which uses practical AI to support business improvement. Its free ElevateScore starts with a short online business audit, then provides an initial assessment across six business pillars, highlights improvement potential and recommends prioritized next steps. O2O aims to connect insight with action through clearer priorities and automation, making useful management capabilities more accessible to businesses without large specialist teams.
