Oakfield Trust is a community-based social enterprise in Clondalkin, Ireland. Established in 1996, it works closely with the South Dublin County Partnership to provide a range of property-based services and supports. Their primary activity is Property Management & Development, where they acquire, customize, and manage properties leased to organizations working with marginalized groups in socially excluded communities.

Currently, Oakfield Trust has a property portfolio of five commercial properties in Clondalkin, three of which are owned by the trust and let to anchor tenants, while the remaining two are leased and sub-let to community-based organizations. All profits generated by Oakfield Trust are reinvested into the community, allowing them to expand their property range and support other local projects and organizations. In addition to their property-based community support work, Oakfield Trust also manages a successful small commercial business park in Clondalkin.

Looking ahead, they are launching a social enterprise fund, which aims to directly fund social enterprises and social entrepreneurs in the local area and beyond. Oakfield Trust actively seeks feedback and ideas to support community-based projects and welcomes input from the community
