Dr. Oak

Oak Health is a brain health education and coaching organization founded by Dr. Robert Oak Jennings, a chiropractor with training in functional neurology and functional medicine. Based in Oviedo, Florida, the brand takes a whole-person perspective and aims to make complex health topics easier to understand, helping individuals and families explore their options before deciding what support may suit them.

Its online education and programs focus on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, cognitive health, and multiple sclerosis. People can begin with a free recorded orientation led by Dr. Oak, then review program scope, participation requirements, support options, and pricing before considering enrollment. The MS offering includes the Immune MS Blueprint, while the Alzheimer’s and dementia pathway provides brain-health education. Oak Health also offers an optional free community for learning, conversation, and connection.

The organization emphasizes informed choice and does not pressure visitors to enroll. Its programs provide health coaching and education, not medical care, and do not replace a person’s existing clinicians or establish a doctor–patient relationship.
