Oak Tree Eye Clinic is a family-focused optometry practice serving Central City, Muhlenberg County, and surrounding communities in Kentucky. The clinic has provided vision and eye care for more than 35 years and has served the Central City area since 1987. Dr. Tyler Mayes purchased the practice from his father, Dr. Freddie Mayes, in January 2015 and leads its commitment to helping patients see clearly and comfortably.
