OA Masters

Orinda Aquatics Masters (OAM) is a public adult swim program in Lamorinda, California, welcoming swimmers aged 19 and older, from beginners to experienced and accomplished athletes. Members share an interest in swimming for personal well-being, fitness, and enjoyment. Some take part in swim meets, open-water swims, or triathlons, while others swim recreationally. Prospective members can try the program for free.

OAM offers weekday and Saturday workouts at the Soda Aquatic Center on the Campolindo High School campus in Moraga. Swimmers use the outdoor, heated competition pool and may also swim in the lap or dive pools. Unlimited participation during workout periods costs $120 per month, with a $100 annual membership fee. A Saturday-only option costs $70 per month and covers four, sometimes five, Saturday workouts.

For adults seeking instruction, OAM also offers Swimming 101, a 12-week learn-to-swim-better program meeting twice weekly. The organization provides information about schedules, fees, pool facilities, and membership through its website and FAQ.
