OAME

OAME, the Argentine Organization of Businesswomen, is a community that promotes women’s economic leadership and connects business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders across Argentina and internationally. With more than six decades of activity, it works to increase women’s participation and visibility in business and society through collaboration, representation, and shared learning.

OAME offers members access to national and international networking, business meetings, events, and opportunities to build strategic partnerships. Its training and professional development activities provide practical tools and ongoing learning to support business growth and leadership. Members can also benefit from specialized mentoring, including its Madrinas program, collaborative teams, professional and commercial opportunities, service discounts, and greater visibility through the organization’s directory and communications.

As an institutional representative, OAME engages with government bodies and international organizations, and connects members with women’s business networks around the world. It also develops alliances, shares business news and opportunities, and recognizes women’s contributions through initiatives such as the Lidia Sartoris Award.
