OATHERA is an agentic identity platform designed to make AI agents identifiable, accountable and constrained as they interact with business systems. It gives each agent a unique cryptographic identity, links it to a named human or organizational owner, and defines an operational boundary specifying what the agent may access or do. Rather than relying on shared API keys, OATHERA uses per-agent credentials that are short-lived, tied to a specific key and machine, and approved by an owner.

The platform checks requests against policy before they reach connected systems. It integrates with Open Policy Agent (OPA) to evaluate permissions and NVIDIA OpenShell to enforce runtime boundaries. A central control plane supports agent enrolment, policy management, revocation and telemetry, recording decisions and actions for review. OATHERA’s workflow covers enrolment, owner approval, agent activity, enforcement and monitoring; requests that cannot be verified are refused.
