Oatman Farms™ is a fearless food company dedicated to revitalizing and supporting family farms in hot and dry desert environments. Our own Oatman Flats Ranch in Arizona, which has been in my family for four generations, serves as a gathering place that has witnessed the desertification and degradation of American farmland. To combat this, we utilize regenerative, organic farming practices, cultivate heritage crops adapted to our soil and climate, and collaborate with chefs and bakers to create delicious products.
Our commitment lies in developing exceptional-tasting, nutrient-dense baking mixes using whole grains. We reintroduce heritage wheats like White Sonora and Blue Beard Durum, as well as modern varieties like Skagit 1109, transforming them into premium baking mixes. We meticulously mill our flours just prior to packing to ensure freshness from our farm to your kitchen.
Collaborating with legendary baker Jerilyn Brusseau, who co-created Cinnabon, our founder, Dax Hansen, has crafted these wholesome baking mixes in her test kitchen. Together, we strive to provide customers with the finest quality ingredients and a truly unforgettable baking experience. Join us in our mission to Eat Fearlessly™ and enjoy the fruits of our commitment to sustainable farming
