Obat Helpers is a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the poverty cycle through education, health, empowerment, and community building. They provide aid and support to displaced, stranded, and refugee populations residing in camps in Bangladesh. The organization also focuses on healthcare, providing essential medical assistance to individuals like ninety-year-old Hasina Begum, who rely on OBAT's clinics for continuous healthcare. Through their empowerment programs, Obat Helpers trains individuals in skills like sewing, allowing them to start home-based businesses and support their families financially. By improving the lives of these individuals, Obat Helpers ensures sustainable community development.

Since 2004, Obat Helpers has served over 165,000 people with clean water and sanitation facilities, provided Ramadan charity and Qurbani assistance to 70,000 individuals, and supported over 100,000 people through their health projects.
