Oberdorfer-Bergstadelde

Oberdorfer Bergstadel was a small mountain sports and outdoor shop in Marktoberdorf, owned by Michael Zeitler. The business served customers seeking sports products and related services, with ski service among the offerings associated with the shop. Its owner valued personal contact and helping people find solutions suited to their individual wishes and needs.

Following a serious accident while ski testing in 2025 and ongoing health difficulties, the shop temporarily closed on June 1, 2026. The owner had hoped to reopen for the 2026–27 winter season after promised renovations to the rented premises, but the work was not completed. As a result, he decided to close the business at that location, where continuing operations no longer made sense.

For customers looking for ski service, Zeitler recommends Bikesports Holzer in Kempten and Peak Sport mit System in Kaufbeuren, based on his past experience working with both. He may work in a physical shop again or take part in another project in the future, and invites visitors to check the website or Instagram for updates.
