Oberlinhaus

The Oberlinstiftung is a charitable foundation established in 2002 to support innovative projects within the Oberlinhaus, a diaconal service provider based in Potsdam-Babelsberg. The wider organization works in participation, health, education and employment, helping people with disabilities live more independently through specialized services and support.

The foundation funds projects and additional services that lack sufficient coverage from health insurers or other public funders. Its work focuses on children, young people and adults with autism, deafblindness, physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities and multiple disabilities, as well as on education. Supported initiatives include animal-assisted learning, activities at a farm and a learning project involving horses. The foundation also backs projects across Oberlinhaus facilities, including early intervention, childcare, schools, vocational training and church services.

People can contribute through one-time, regular, occasion-based or gift donations, as well as by supporting purchases through an online fundraising platform. The Oberlinstiftung is a member of the Association of German Foundations and states its commitment to sound church foundation practices and transparent reporting.
