Noé

Noé is an Ile-de-France Service for the Prevention and Occupational Health, formed as Horizon Santé Travail and Ostra unite under a new name. With 22 centres, 400 employees, around 20,000 member organisations and 305,000 workers monitored, it supports employers and employees across the region. Its mission is to help organisations protect workers’ health through health monitoring, workplace risk prevention, and support for continued employment, including disability-related needs.

Services include employee medical appointments and health follow-up, advice and assessments on occupational risks, and guidance on preparing the legally required workplace risk assessment document. Noé also offers support for preventing professional exclusion, psychological support and psychosocial risk audits, return-to-work coaching, and services related to quality of working life and conditions. Additional offerings include health assessments for business leaders, workshops combining sport and health, and training.

For employees, Noé provides resources such as social assistance, e-learning modules, and the Form-e smartphone app, which supports healthy lifestyle habits. Its website also shares practical information, publications, podcasts, events, and guidance on workplace health topics.
