Obmin is an international platform based in Warsaw that promotes cooperation with Ukrainian museums. The name Obmin means exchange in Ukrainian, emphasizing the foundation's goal of building a strong network within Ukraine and fostering collaboration with international partners. Obmin plays a crucial role in supporting museums in Ukraine, particularly those affected by Russia's war.

It provides urgent assistance to damaged museums and works towards raising awareness of Ukrainian culture's diverse and rich heritage outside of Ukraine. With 49 museums represented on the platform, Obmin brings together both large and internationally renowned institutions, such as the Maidan Museum and World War II Museum in Kyiv, as well as smaller museums focusing on regional history and culture. Obmin's main objectives include short-term support and aid for museums and their employees, facilitating knowledge exchange and professional development among museums, and promoting Ukrainian art and culture as part of the common European cultural heritage
