Ocean Community YMCA is a community-focused organization that supports healthier lifestyles and well-being for children, adults, and families. With branches in Arcadia, Naik Family, and Westerly-Pawcatuck, as well as Camp Cove and Camp Watchaug, it offers programs designed for people of different ages, interests, and abilities. Activities include swim lessons, swim teams, water exercise, day camps, gymnastics, pickleball, indoor cycling, racquetball, and esports. Members can also take part in group exercise, personal training, and specialty wellness programs, including evidence-based offerings and the Elevate program.

The YMCA extends its support beyond fitness through youth development, community outreach, and programs that promote inclusion and social responsibility. Its camps provide summer experiences, while programs such as Punch Back at Parkinson’s support participants’ wellness and movement goals. The organization also offers Y Cares financial assistance to help individuals and families access programs when cost is a barrier, alongside military outreach. Guided by a commitment to welcoming everyone, Ocean Community YMCA works to serve and empower people across the communities it reaches.
