Oceania Buceo is a diving school and club based in northern Madrid, operating since 2005. With more than 3,000 divers certified, it focuses on training independent, safety-conscious divers, guided by its principles of quality and safety. Professional, experienced instructors deliver courses using PADI programs, from introductory training and Open Water certification to advanced, Advanced Nitrox, Nitrox, and rescue courses. The school also offers refresher courses, skills workshops, and training in buoyancy and finning.
Based at the Enjoy! Fabián Roncero sports centre in Madrid’s San Blas district, Oceania uses a heated 25-metre pool for theory and practical training, then completes courses at sea with established diving centres. Its club brings divers together for weekend and week-long outings along Spain’s coast, including trips to the Canary Islands, as well as instructor-accompanied international dive holidays. Destinations highlighted by the school include the Philippines, the Red Sea, the Maldives, Bali, and South Africa. Oceania also provides information about diving insurance and organizes activities through its calendar and blog.
