Huie is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He remains an active member of professional organizations such as the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. Outside of his practice, Dr.

Huie's greatest joy comes from spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities. He is happily married with four children and enjoys working on his mini-farm and riding the tractor.
