The Severomoravian Regional Association of the Czech Union for Nature Conservation (ČSOP) is a nonprofit environmental organization based in Valašské Meziříčí. Its mission includes protecting nature, landscapes and the environment, promoting ecological education, and supporting sustainable living. The association brings together professional specialists, experienced volunteers and people who care about the natural world. It also works with public institutions, drawing attention to potential legal violations and activities harmful to the environment, while encouraging greater public responsibility for nature.

The association’s local roots date to 1980, and the regional group was established in 1995. It serves as an information and coordination centre for ČSOP’s basic organizations in northern Moravia and Silesia, bringing together more than 23 groups. Much of its work is carried out with the ČSOP Javorníček organization. Its activities and offerings include environmental education programs, conservation projects, the Valašské Ecocentre, educational trails, the Garden of Knowledge, and photographs and videos documenting its work. The association also provides information about renting its premises and publishes annual reports and project updates.
