OC Kids Yoga

OC Kids Yoga is a mobile mind-and-body program serving children and families throughout Orange County, California. The brand offers children’s yoga through school-based programs, private classes, and services for home settings or events. Families can look for participating schools, register through the program, or arrange private instruction for an individual child or a small group.

OC Kids Yoga presents yoga as a way to give children practical tools they can use beyond the classroom. Its sessions are designed to support balance, body awareness, coordination, and gross motor development, while introducing relaxation techniques that may promote better sleep. The program also aims to enhance concentration, calm and clear the mind, and help children accept and express feelings appropriately. Additional stated goals include supporting a healthier response to stress and encouraging imagination and creativity.

With services available through partnered schools as well as private settings, OC Kids Yoga brings children’s yoga to different environments across the local community. Its focus is on health, wellness, movement, and age-appropriate mind-body skills for children.
