OCMA RSM

OCMA RSM is a martial arts and wellness studio in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, offering classes for young children, older kids, and adults. Its programs combine physical training with opportunities to develop confidence, focus, discipline, coordination, and respect in a supportive environment.

For children ages 18 months to 3 years, Tiny Toddlers uses fun activities to encourage motor skills, balance, and confidence. Little Lions introduces children ages 3 to 6 to martial arts through age-appropriate activities that build coordination and focus. The studio also offers yoga for all levels, combining poses and breathing techniques to support flexibility, stress reduction, and well-being. Adults can join American Kickboxing classes to build strength and conditioning while developing striking skills.

OCMA RSM is located at 29821 Aventura, Building 1, and invites prospective students to try a free class. The studio is open Monday through Friday and on Saturday, and provides contact and schedule information online.
