About Orange County Animal Services
Orange County Animal Services (OCAS) is a progressive organization dedicated to the welfare of animals and the enforcement of the Orange County Code. As the only open admission shelter in Orange County, OCAS takes in all animals, regardless of their temperament or health. Their mission is to protect both citizens and animals, prioritizing the health and well-being of the animals in their care.
On average, OCAS receives approximately 50 animals each day, with numbers doubling during peak summer months. OCAS offers a range of services and programs, including a volunteer program, foster care program, community outreach, and education. They also provide low-cost spay and neuter services through their mobile clinic and offer affordable pet microchipping.
Operating hours for pet adoptions and reunifications are Sunday to Tuesday from 10 a. m. OCAS is located at 2769 Conroy Road, Orlando, Florida 32839
