We also form partnerships, such as the one with Project Rescue Ocean, which cleans the ravines and coastline of our island by collecting waste.

At O'Copain, we understand that it takes 10 years of experience to become an excellent artisan baker, and a great deal of patience to bring together and build such a wonderful team. To allow our teams to grow, thrive, and give their best every day, we carefully control the growth of our network. You can find us at only three locations, in Sainte-Marie, La Possession, and Saint-Leu.

On Tuesdays, we go organic! In partnership with Rekha from Univert Peï, a supplier of organic fruits and vegetables in Réunion, we offer a new range of organic breads with meticulously crafted nutritional properties. Our vitality bread range made from organic flours is characterized by a combination of flours and ingredients (chia seeds, bran, sesame, etc. ) that provide you with the proteins, fibers, and nutrients necessary for your good health.

This range of breads also stands out for its systematic use of fermentation as a natural process to facilitate gluten breakdown, reduce insulin spikes, and enhance amino acid intake. We take great care and time in crafting our sourdough bread to ensure long shelf life without compromising quality. Our entire team is dedicated to creating delicious, beautiful, and healthy products to be shared with family and friends, or enjoyed all by yourself! On Thursdays, low* gluten takes the spotlight! We use organic grains with rich amounts of trace elements and vitamins, and low levels of gluten, to create an array of products.

From corn sosso bread and the bold flavor of spelt bread to natural or flavored rye and giant Khorazan, we offer a tempting selection. Our pastry chefs go above and beyond to surprise you with low-gluten, flavorful delights – cakes, cookies, and shortbreads – and because at O'Copain, anything is possible, we make them with the least amount of sugar possible!
