OC Wine Society is a rapidly-growing non-profit educational corporation based in Orange County, California. Their main purpose is to promote the knowledge and understanding of wine. The society focuses on enhancing the knowledge of winemaking, viticulture, and the appreciation of wine.
They are proudly the co-sponsor and main support group for the Orange County Fair's largest Commercial Wine Competition and the Home Wine Competition. During the fair, OC Wine Society exhibits the award-winning wines and offers tastings to the public at the Wine Courtyard. Monthly meetings are held on the second Friday of each month, and they also organize special events such as winery trips, wine dinners, tastings, and even wine cruises.
