The Ottawa Disc Golf Club (ODGC) is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of Disc Golf throughout the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Established in 1998, the club is committed to promoting both recreational and competitive play among its members and the wider community. Under the leadership of President Laurie Dotto, who brings a wealth of experience in various disc sports, the ODGC actively seeks to engage newcomers, especially youth and women, in the sport.
The ODGC offers a diverse range of activities, including tournaments such as the annual Ice Bowl and local leagues like Sunday Funday and Kemptville Doubles. Members can enjoy access to several well-maintained courses, including Centrepointe Park and Ettyville SuperSpin. The club emphasizes open communication among its members and organizes events to create a vibrant disc golf culture in the region. With plans for new courses and initiatives, the Ottawa Disc Golf Club aims to solidify its position as a leader in Canadian disc golf.
