Internetodontologi

Internetodontologi, established in the autumn of 2011, is a vital online resource for dental professionals in Sweden, offering a continuously updated national knowledge support system. The website serves as a key tool in clinical practice and academic studies, empowering practitioners with expertly reviewed fact sheets that cover various dental specialties. These fact sheets, authored by specialists and vetted by a scientific council, provide concise overviews for diagnosis, treatment, and management of dental conditions.

With a commitment to annual updates, Internetodontologi ensures that its content remains current and relevant. It emphasizes the importance of professional judgment in clinical decisions, reminding users to consult additional literature when necessary. The platform also offers digital training through Tandakademin and newsletters that inform subscribers about new resources. Dedicated to supporting dental care providers, Internetodontologi fosters an environment of continuous learning and expertise, while also clearly outlining that the responsibility for clinical decisions rests with the individual practitioner.
