Odyssey Pilot Hours LLC

Odyssey Pilot Hours is a flight time-building program for pilots seeking to accumulate experience efficiently as they work toward aviation careers. It offers full-time and part-time options, with full-time participants able to fly frequently and part-time schedules arranged around available openings. Pilots typically share aircraft and alternate pilot-in-command and safety-pilot roles, allowing both to log eligible flight time while practicing instrument procedures and crew coordination.

The program provides access to Special Category Light Sport Aircraft equipped with dual flight displays and features for IFR navigation. Odyssey’s full-time maintenance staff handle aircraft upkeep, while the team assists with scheduling and other arrangements. Fully furnished lodging, including a private room, is available at no additional cost for full-time pilots and subject to availability for part-time participants; accommodations are within a short drive of DeLand Municipal Airport.

Aircraft rental is priced by the hour, with oil and fuel included, and a registration fee applies. Odyssey also offers onboarding, orientation, checkout flights, frequently asked questions, pilot stories, and an ebook for aspiring aviators.
