OEC Dressage Worldwide is an equestrian centre of excellence founded by entrepreneur Ian Winfield and Olympic dressage rider and trainer Vicki Thompson-Winfield. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the equestrian world, the team brings expertise in sourcing, training and caring for horses, alongside support for riders at different levels. The centre is based at Morley Manor, a Grade II listed property near Horsham, set within 40 acres of landscaped grounds and paddocks.
OEC offers dressage coaching and training, horse sourcing and sales, stallions at stud, and livery with ongoing training and support. Its services also include breaking, rehabilitation, equine therapy, travelling and veterinary services, and facilities for horses and their owners. The business hosts competitions and social events, and provides career consultancy and sponsorship opportunities. Vicki has trained horses from novice to Grand Prix and coached riders to high levels of competition. Whether clients are seeking a horse, instruction or a place to stable and develop their horse, OEC aims to provide experienced, comprehensive equestrian support.
