The Organisation of European Cancer Institutes (OECI) is a non-governmental organization that was founded in Vienna in 1979 and transformed into OECI-EEIG, a European Economic Interest Grouping, in 2005. It consists of 123 members, including some of the most renowned European Comprehensive Cancer Centers. Additionally, major cancer centers from Chile, Colombia, Jordan, Russian Federation, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam are also part of OECI.

The primary goal of OECI is to speed up the implementation of multidisciplinary personalized care approaches, ultimately reducing mortality and ensuring equal access to cancer care for all patients. OECI achieves this by promoting and enhancing the concepts of comprehensiveness and multi-disciplinarity in cancer care, supporting quality initiatives, and working collaboratively with other cancer organizations. OECI focuses on improving the quality and internal organization of its members, supporting basic, translational, and clinical research, collaborating on good practices with patients, advancing molecular pathobiology approaches, conducting studies on cancer economics, and gathering real-world data to produce evidence.
