Die ÖGUT ist eine unabhängige Non-Profit-Organisation, die sich seit mehr als 30 Jahren für eine nachhaltige Ausrichtung von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft einsetzt. ÖGUT is an independent non-profit organization that has been committed to the sustainable development of the economy and society for more than 30 years. Als Plattform für diese Entwicklung vernetzt die ÖGUT mehr als 100 Organisationen und Institutionen aus * Wirtschaft (Unternehmen der Bereiche Abfallwirtschaft, Finanzdienstleistungen, Energiedienstleistungen etc., Interessenvertretungen wie WKO, Industriellenvereinigung), * Verwaltung (BMK, BMDW, Land NÖ, Stadt Wien) und * Umwelt (die größten Umwelt-NGO's, Ökobüro, Umweltdachverband). Unser Ziel ist es, gemeinsam mit unserem Netzwerk innovative Lösungen für die Herausforderungen der Gegenwart zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. About ÖGUT
ÖGUT is an independent non-profit organization that has been advocating for sustainable alignment of the economy and society for over 30 years. Serving as a platform for this development, ÖGUT connects more than 100 organizations and institutions from various sectors including waste management, financial services, energy services, interest groups, government bodies, and environmental NGOs. As a competence center, ÖGUT offers a wide range of services and expertise in fields such as energy, gender and diversity, green investment, innovative construction, participation, and resource consumption.
Their mission is to develop and disseminate knowledge, as well as foster networking among like-minded individuals and organizations. ÖGUT strategizes, researches, and advises in their respective fields, keeps stakeholders informed of current developments, and communicates innovative sustainable solutions through events, publications, and presentations. They also organize and moderate working groups and platforms on sustainability and manage research programs.
ÖGUT is supported financially through memberships, sponsorships, and self-generated revenue. With a team of 38 experienced professionals, they aim to collaboratively develop and implement innovative solutions to present challenges through their extensive network
