AUFRECHT is a digital health brand focused on helping people manage back pain through a personalized, therapist-informed app. Designed for people with acute, recurring, or chronic back complaints, the app creates an individual exercise routine based on users’ symptoms, fitness level, mobility, and goals. Its library includes more than 200 exercises, which the app selects and organizes into a structured routine rather than offering a fixed set of generic videos.

AUFRECHT adapts plans through regular check-ins, allowing users to report how they are feeling, adjust exercise intensity, or switch demanding movements for easier alternatives. The approach draws on the experience of osteopath and physiotherapist Stanislav Offenborn, who is described as having 20 years of practice and more than 40,000 treatments. AUFRECHT is presented as a CE-marked medical device, not a fitness app, and offers therapist support throughout the year. Users can access the app through the App Store and Google Play, with a 14-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription that can be cancelled monthly.
