Office4You

Based in Garching, the company helps businesses create flexible, functional and welcoming work environments tailored to their teams, spaces and goals. Its end-to-end planning process starts with a workshop and employee feedback, then assesses space needs and develops an office concept before detailed planning and implementation. Rather than beginning with furniture, office4you focuses on understanding how people work and how the workplace can support company culture, wellbeing and productivity.

The company designs and supplies a broad range of workplace solutions, including desks and workstations, office chairs, visitor seating, reception areas, meeting spaces, work cafés, kitchens, lighting, lounge and outdoor furniture, storage, room dividers and acoustic treatments. Its services also cover Activity Based Working, booking management, home-office solutions, media technology and virtual reality. office4you presents completed projects for clients across startups, medium-sized businesses and large organisations, and welcomes visitors to its Munich showroom for ideas and personal consultation.
