Official Santa Letters Shop creates personalised Christmas letters from Santa Claus, also known as Father Christmas, for children and adults. Established in 2009, the shop offers a range of letter designs and stories, including options for a child’s first Christmas, children of different ages and a funny adult letter. Each letter is tailored using details such as the recipient’s name, gender, age, wishlist, achievements and Santa’s planned visit.
For 2026, each order includes a personalised Santa letter, a Nice List certificate, a Nice List card, a Christmas bookmark, an activity sheet and colouring page, and a door hanger. Items are printed on double-sided paper, packaged in a custom-designed envelope and sent with a Royal Mail Christmas stamp. UK delivery is free, and the shop promotes delivery around the world. Customers ordering multiple letters can receive automatic checkout discounts, with savings increasing for larger orders. The website also provides shopping, checkout, frequently asked questions and contact information to support customers placing seasonal orders.
