Az Országos Humánmenedzsment Egyesület missziója a HR szakma elfogadottságának és presztizsének növelése Magyarországon, egy egységes, a szakmai párbeszédre nyitott és felkészült Egyesületen keresztül. A megújulás jegyében az Országos Humánpolitikai Egyesület egy valódi ernyőszervezetté kíván válni a HR szakma felett a következő 3-5 évben.
