OhioLINK, established in 1992, is Ohio's statewide academic library consortium. It serves 117 libraries at 88 institutions, as well as the State Library of Ohio. OhioLINK offers both IT infrastructure and content negotiation, providing students, faculty, researchers, and staff with access to valuable digital research collections at a fraction of the cost if purchased by individual institutions.

By connecting library services, print and digital collections among its member institutions, OhioLINK supports collaborative services aimed at reducing students' higher education costs, including eTutoring and Affordable Learning. As a member of the Ohio Technology Consortium and funded through the Ohio Department of Higher Education, OhioLINK creates a competitive advantage for its member institutions and supports student and researcher success throughout Ohio. Their resources include over 38 million books, 100 electronic research databases, 37 million electronic journal articles, 241,000 e-books, nearly 85,000 images, videos, and sounds, and more than 100,000 theses and dissertations from students at 36 Ohio institutions
