About Ohio Pork
Ohio Pork Council is a non-profit, farmer-led organization that has been promoting the pork industry since 1968. With approximately 2,500 members, their mission is to serve and benefit all Ohio pork producers. They offer a wide range of products and services to support the industry and engage with the community.
One of the highlights of their events is the annual Pork Rib-Off competition, where top-notch barbecue competitors from across Ohio showcase their skills and compete for top honors.
