OjO Recruitment Agency

OjO Recruiting is a specialized ophthalmology and optometry recruitment agency that connects eye care professionals with practices and organizations across the United States. With nearly two decades of recruitment experience, the company serves ophthalmologists, optometrists, and employers seeking qualified clinicians. Its approach is personal and consultative: OjO takes time to understand candidates’ career goals, values, compensation priorities, preferred locations, and approach to patient care, while learning about each practice’s culture and hiring needs.

For job seekers, OjO offers career and partnership opportunities, personalized career matching, job listings, salary and career resources, and email alerts for new openings. The agency supports candidates as they explore roles and learn more about opportunities suited to their professional and personal priorities. For employers, OjO provides physician recruitment services, presents openings to prospective candidates, and introduces candidates who have been interviewed and selected for the opportunity.

OjO recruits across a range of ophthalmology specialties, including comprehensive ophthalmology, cornea, glaucoma, oculoplastics, pediatrics, and retina.
