Amit Wanchoo, and Mr. Ameesh Kumar, OkayMinds aims to make mental health a priority for everyone. The brand originated in 2020 during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic when Dr.
Nimisha Vandan realized the lack of support for mental health issues in Hong Kong. The founders began conducting online workshops over Zoom to teach stress management techniques, anxiety relief, and fear coping strategies. OkayMinds utilizes various approaches to help individuals achieve their full potential in both personal and professional life, resulting in better work-life balance, meaningful relationships, and increased productivity.
