OKDRS is the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services, an independent agency dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities in the state. They recently held a 30th-anniversary celebration with a carnival theme, featuring games, prizes, food trucks, fall decorations, and entertainment.
