Their initiatives cover various sectors, including education, agriculture, health, environment, and peacebuilding.

Okere City operates a community school, which provides accessible education to the local children. They also have a Shea Co-op, where they promote sustainable agriculture practices and empower local farmers. In addition, Okere City has set up a Village Bank to support financial inclusion and entrepreneurship within the community.

They have also established a Leadership Lab to foster the growth of local leaders and a market square to enhance economic opportunities. By creating platforms such as the Artist-In-Residence program, Boxing Club, and Football Club, Okere City encourages art, sports, and recreation, ensuring the holistic development of its residents.
