Okinawa Leadership Seminar (OLS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering military spouses in Okinawa and beyond. Founded in 2017 by alumni of Camp Pendleton's Leadership Education Seminar, OLS provides a supportive community for spouses to identify and utilize their strengths. We believe that knowledge is a boundless resource and that we all grow stronger when we share our talents with one another.

OLS offers a three-day intensive training program for emerging leaders in the spouse community, regardless of service or rank. Through this program, participants have the opportunity to develop skills in leadership, communication, team dynamics, and goal setting. These skills are valuable not only in the military community but also in personal and professional life.
