Oklok is an online directory and discovery platform focused on people, communities, and public figures on VKontakte. It helps visitors explore the social network through user and group listings, popularity rankings, and updates on audience growth. The site’s “Pulse” section highlights recently added users and communities, while its star rankings compare notable VKontakte personalities by changes in follower counts.

Visitors can browse featured profiles, see subscriber totals and growth figures, and view a selection of random users for discovery. Oklok also provides navigation for finding people and groups, along with a help section and a form for reporting pages that may require review. The platform brings together statistics and catalog-style browsing in one place, making it easier to identify trending accounts and explore VKontakte communities.

Its content includes public-facing profiles and rankings rather than original entertainment or products. Oklok is presented as an independent resource for discovering and monitoring activity across VKontakte, with tools centered on searchable listings, popular profiles, and community visibility
