Okoole

Okoole is a molecular design platform developed by Okoole Tech Corp., built to help researchers explore ideas at the atomic scale. Its shared workspace supports the design and visualization of molecular systems, including proteins, DNA, crystal structures, and materials for fields such as nanotechnology, chemistry, and materials science. Users can work with 3D molecular models and inspect structural and molecular properties in a single environment.

The platform also offers Agentic AI features that let users describe what they want to build and explore possibilities directly on the molecular canvas. Collaboration is central to Okoole: teams can edit, comment on, and investigate shared designs in real time. Okoole says molecular simulation tools, including geometry optimization, density functional theory, and molecular dynamics, are in development, along with cloud computing and support for custom plugins and scripts. These capabilities are presented as planned rather than currently available.
