Oktra is a UK office design and build company that has been shaping workplaces since 1995. It works with tenants, landlords, serviced-office providers and coworking operators to create environments that support people, business performance and changing ways of working. Its services span office design, fit-out and refurbishment, workplace consultancy, furniture, small works and aftercare.

Oktra’s consultants assess how teams use space and turn those insights into practical workplace strategies, while its design and delivery teams manage projects from planning through completion. The company also supports higher education clients with spaces for teaching, learning and collaboration, and delivers large-scale projects across the UK. Its work includes flexible offices, coworking environments and sustainable design intended to support clients’ environmental goals.

Oktra serves London and the regions through studios in London, Birmingham, Guildford and Manchester. A Certified B Corporation, the company says it aims to meet high standards of social and environmental impact. Alongside its projects, Oktra publishes workplace articles, guides and checklists, and offers resources such as an office space calculator
